Home Program
The idea of the Women's Work from Home program began in 2008 – more than a decade before this approach became the norm during the global pandemic. The objective was to give women an opportunity to participate in the labor market without interrupting their family life.
To this end, Nafisa Shams designed a flexible remote working model that includes training, raw material provision, and final product procurement and delivery to customers, after undergoing quality inspection, sorting, and packaging. 260 women benefited from the program in 2022, securing an additional source of income for their families by selling handmade products, including carpets, car booklets, uniforms, with a particular focus on continuous development and training.
